    ​Over the next 8 Weeks I'm going to use my three step programme to help you feel more in control of your life and be excited about the present and the future. This programme is bespoke to each individual as no two people are alike.

 

We use a blend of science, art and mindfulness to create a space where you will thrive!

Caring

Awareness

We start off the process with a 1:1 session to map out your goals, struggles and what this programme will look like for you.

​

Our weekly 1:1's will give you the support and gentle encouragement to look inwards and really see what's going on. Each person is different so we use a blend of different technique to bring out the best in you.​

​

Throughout the process you will also have access to support from Lara via WhatsApp and voice notes.

Release

Mindfulness coaching typically includes techniques like meditation, emotional intelligence development, and reframing perspectives.

 

We focus on empowering the client to release the stressors of daily life. This process is deeply nurturing and can lead to significant breakthroughs in both personal and professional areas.

You will have access to our online portal for meditation courses, breathing tools, mindfulness tasks to align with your 1:1 coaching sessions.

Balance

This step is all about finding the balance. It fosters a journey of self-discovery, where clients build the confidence and clarity needed to make meaningful life changes and stick to them. Building them into manageable every day habits and truly feeling present in life.

At the end of the 8 weeks we jump on a 1:1 to discuss your next steps.
