Hi, I'm Lara

I combine mindfulness, nervous system education, and nature -based practices to help women recover from anxiety burnout and feeling lost. With a foundation in neuroscience and a trauma informed approach, my work is about creating real, sustainable change - not quick fixes. I'm a certified Reiki Master, Mindfulness Coach and am currently studing Neuroscience at University of Bristol. I have been described as warm, engaging and empathetic. I love connecting with others, creating a space where clients can feel safe and leave empowered.
