Lara Dias Hill
Founder at The Dias Hill Sanctuary

Lara is a fully qualified and accredited Transformational Life Coach, with a diploma in Meditation Teaching. She is also currently studying for a degree in Neuroscience at the University of Bristol. Lara has a background in Leadership Development, having led teams in the NHS, Education and Food industry over the last decade.

 

Working in the NHS as a Commissioning Manager and a Operations Manager during the pandemic, gave her first hand experience of what it is like to lead during times of change, high stress and uncertainty. This is what inspired her to pursue a career in mental health, as a way of helping others with the inescapable fall out from lockdowns and restrictions. 

 

Lara's aim with working with businesses is to give employees the tools and space to be able to cope with whatever life throws at them.
